HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

Please read before flaming.....

I have a collection of Halo PC mods that have er, unusual vehicle,
scenery and scenario changes that were achieved using the HEK and then
extracted from CE and rebuilt for PC. I build the changes in CE myself,
don't use anyone elses stuff, remodel, extract tags PMI and rebuild on my
own (one man band....)

I have always stopped short of releasing these mods, and have even on
occasion gone so far as to recreate lesser versions for release on the PC
forum. Without descending into abuse, can I get the current view on this
from the CE community?

Are we at the stage yet where a modder can start releasing this sort of
hybrid mod to the PC masses?

imo, the only wrong I see done, is stealing CE modders work(ripping from CE maps and such). If it's your own hard work converted, I see no problem with it at all. You created it, you should be able to do anything you wish with it.
