Something I noticed about character models

Post by p0lar_bear »

I opened up HMT and then a10.map. I was looking at character models, and noticed that character models are broken into body parts i.e. arms, head, torso etc. I know it can be pulled off with the HEK, but is it possible to import a model with less vertices and indices than the original with HMT?

For example, can you change the FP model, which has over 1000 vertices to a set of elite hands, which have less than 500? Does it have to be exact, or can you use a model with lesser vertices and indices than then other?

only if you have mac.

you must only edit vertices of the current model to import back, you can't delete or add any vertices or faces to the model or else you can't import back.
