how do you make a mod like a ppf file or just a mod? I don't get it. I no it is noobish.

you cannot mod ce. you can create your own maps though. if you want to mod, you would have to get ur hands on ppf studio. the program is pretty self-explanatory, but if u need help, i am sure the people in the pc section would be more than happy to help.

yeah, all you can do for ce is create a map. post in the right forum next time.
HaloCE-Halo custom edition. not halo combat evolved.

now on topic, you mod a few things in halo pc.
like skin, get single player stuff into a multiplayer map, etc.
if you check out the tutorials sectio: http://files.halomods.com/viewforum.php?f=20 you can find tutorials on how to mod halo pc.
and i believe someone created a starter kit

but if you're more interested in doing things for halo custom edition (create your own maps, models, skins, scenery, etc.) then look into the HEK.
