Go onto http://files.halomods.com/ and post under haloPC maps. Make a new topic, but before you hit submit click add attachment.

i tried that but when i click sumbmit, nothing happens, my mod is not being sent, please help.

make sure it's in a .zip or .rar format first.
http://www.rarlabs.com to create a .rar file
right click your mod then add to "file.rar"
you should see a little stack of books. that's the .rar file

i did that but it still doesn't sumbmit.I want to post my mods, but how?please help.

once you have added your attachment and clicked submit you may have to wait for a while. It is submitting your .rar.

oh ok but it does not say wait or any thing oh well i guess i will wait and yeah one more thing i don't know how to put a picture on my mod?i know how to take a picture in game, but i don't know how to attach it in the mod.I can use some help there as well.

ok, to take a picture in game press PRT SCRN. And go topaint and edit>paste and save as a jpg.
