HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

i know the things to type to ban someone, but i cant bring down the console to type them in. is there a mod or hack i need to bring it down? what ive been told to hit isnt working(~)

If you right click on your icon to run halo ce and then click on properties, at the end of the target directory put " -devmode and -console" (excluding the ""), although i think -console might work on its own.

now i got the console workin, but the stupid thing doesnt work. everything i type it says "that cannot be performed right now". why?

To use most of the commands, you need it to be your server. If its not, how would you like it if someone came in and tried to kick people out of YOUR server? The only way you can use it on another server is if you have the rcon password. For a list of the commands you can use, open console and hit tab. If you put in -devmode, you can use alot more commands, incuding cheats, but wont be able to get online. The line you should have in your Halo PC target line is "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Halo\halo.exe" -console, and if you have CE this should go in you target line: "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Halo Custom Edition\haloce.exe" -console, that is, of course if thats where you have it installed. Now, is that enough of an explaination?
