Question about dual weilding in CE

i know that right now, there are certain weapons that look like the are dual wielded in fp and 3rd person, but the reloading animations in 3rd person are wacked. Is there any way to make it so that when you pic up one weapon, it give you the ability to pic up the dualweilding look alike but when you dont have that weapon, u can only have the normal
example: Joe walks up to an smg on the ground. at that spot there are two different weapons. the default weapon is the normal smg. without the smg he cannot pic up the dual wielded smg. Joe pics up the normal smg, then a hud message appears that says do u want to dual wield. without the normal smg, he does not see this message. he says yes and he drops the normal and pics up the dual weilded. Joe kills ned and ted before they go on their totally awesome time travel adventure and then says ' 1 pwn3d ur 4ss3s w1th /\/\y du47 \/\/317d3d SMG's'. Joe gets killed by ned and ted with energy swords and ned and ted stuff Joe into their phone booth
