HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

I come back to my computer today, and find all of my icons on my desktop set to hidden for some reason unkown to me, and then I un hide them and select 'read only' and i supposed that is the way they were before. Now, I go to start up Halo CE, and this message pops saying ACESS DENIED!!! WTH is going on here?! I immediatly un selected read only and tried it again, when I got the same error! I tried the icon in the halo ce directory, but no! It doesn't work! Look!:

i've never seen a mesgfe saying Access Denied before...

Yea, it looks like its trying to create temporary files in a folder that is set to read-only, or else is unaccessible, or something.

Yes, Dark cloud seems to be corrct. Make the folder that it's writing to Read and Write and Execute (Not sure if Execute is on Windowzers....)
