HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

anyone know the current status of it?, i heard a few very sad rumours that it wasnt going to be released, i hope to god (and im an atheist!) this isnt true.
I allso heard that an alpha of hypothermia was released if so where? i do not mean the early leaked version
