Zanzibar Using

Ok i put the map Zanzibar in the map folder of halo CE and it still will not let me play the map when i go into the game, what is the problem. what do i have to do next. plz help.

did anyone else get it to work just by putting it in the folder, because if that is the case maby something is wrong with my computer but if there is another step please tell me waht it is.

actually, i tried a lot of different maps and none of them work. there must be another step

are you restarting halo when you put them in. because if halo is runing when you put them in the folder halo will not see them.

Nope, if you cant join other peoples games, you Cd key is invalid, try starting a LAN with yourself

even when i try to start an internet or lan game it does not let me use new levels.

yea i am sure. in fact, i even tryed copy pasting to see if it would work if i put a copy in each. maby that messed it up. i am reinstalling halo right now and maby after taht it will work.

You can get a program called WinRAR that will extract .rar and .zip formated files. You can find a download link of it in the Utilities section of the Files forum. I'll post a link if you can't find it.

ok i looked at the file and all the other files say they are MAP files and zanzibar says it is RAR file. now that i no this i need to get that thing to change it to a MAP file so can you make a link

sometimes servers just wont accept people. Mine wouldn't for a long time. now it does...make surethe game is fully up to date.
