Help for a new guy.. (Probably a very simple question..)

Hey there people! Can somebody PLEASE help?! I got Halo CE recently and have ran a server a couple times off and on. The only problem is that whenever the map ends, I can't figure out how to get a working AUTOMATIC MAPCYCLE GOING!! I have run a server for Half Life: Opposing Force online, so I do have some basic experience in creating a "maplist" text file, but, I have no idea where to place it or how to get Halo CE to recognize and start using it...?Anybody have any tips? It would be greatly appreciated.
