ok guys i was messing around with a gun i modeled and i got this

and i have a pic of it shooting out lightning but i doubt it will be able to go into ce

i need u guys to comment on this and give me some things i should work on and constructive criticisam is acceptable and so is flaming just keep it to a minimum level for me its 50.50 not to good not to bad

and dont bug me bout the color cause i model in maya not max so the default is always gray

wel the projectile is cool... ill give it that much... u really gota skin it and change the general gun look tho then it might be worth putting in a map.

i made this gun totaly on accident i was modeling a dif gun i just smoothed it for fun and im like this looks like a cool covenant pistol
and ive never skinned so it will be hard

You need more detail,look at some of the other covenent weapons and try to match the style.

Well, all i really have to say is, a gun that size in an elites hand or a MC hand would look like he was holding a toy. Not to be mean, but if you want a cool gun, it really has got to be big. That or duel wielded, or a grunt or jackal has it.

it looks to much like a weapon from like star trek. its not very haloy. of course, i couldnt do that at all.

thats what my friend said lol but its gonna be hard to do lightning because i use maya and dynamics like colision emiters fire lightning smoke etc... are built in if anybody can help me convert some animations i would really appreciate it
