Problem downloading halo ce

Hey guys I was just wondering what was wrong cuz i just downloaded the halo ce setup down load and when I go to open it a box pops up that says something like it cant open the program because it is not a valid win.32 application 
and i was wondering if anyone can help me out with this because I do not know what to do.
