Guided Rockets

Is it possible to make guided "fly-by-wire" rockets that you can control where they go?

He left?? I never knew that...wow I havnt talked to him in a while. I know he was able to get in the rocket but it would blow up after a few seconds. I might try to convince him to work on it.

yeah left, didnt announce it like some people. do try to convince him :D, also ask him for me if hes finished his starcraft mod please

This will kick so much ass if we can make it work.

I've been messing around in the HMK and i've only have working homing rockets (yea...its old...i know) and model swapping but thats all i have.

Well i had an idea that might work. If you made the projectile slightly bigger than a normal rocket that an mc (ai) could fit in. Then you could fire this roket and the ai from the mc inside would proly direct the rocket towards the enemy. The only hard bit is making the rocket explode on impact and getting the aimc to drive it.

how the hell are you gunna put an AI mc in a rocket?
plus the rockets do blow up on impact, why would we need to make a change?
