need help using cmd and tool and energy sword hud

my original problem was solved but i would like to know how do i rebuild my map with tool? i use cmd type in what im supposed to type in and tool pops up and says it did but nothing shows up in the thing while its doing it so any help?

also i want to make the energy sword's ammo meter thing at top left i was wondering what the size should be and how i should do it >,.,< or if someone could do it for me thats the last thing i need in my mod and its already got so much done please help me out with these.
