Request: Custom announcer

I've got the sounds I want for the custom announcer, but I don't know how to import them into Halo. I've looked for tutorials all over the place but I've found nothing of use.

So yeah, it's the announcer from Unreal Championship 2, and honestly it's alot better than the announcer in Halo xb
