trouble movie makeing

1. i can never get a fly behind cam to work or any camera.

2. i cant get fraps to start movie or when i set up to switch were to store movies box that comes up is blank in middle.

3. i cant even get fraps to work on any games.

4. im just plainn stupid.

oh and if anyone knows were to get a good movie maker please give me a link.
