Spray Paint Mod

ok, I saw this on the H2 Zanzibar mod, and i was wondering if somone could help me out injecting the mod into Death island...

I am making a machinima mod and really want to put it on death Island..

I don't know how to mod. in fact every time i try to mod halo i get a friggen exeption popup, so could someone give me a hand here please...
