I put in my HPC code and it says invalid and i reinstalled PC and it accepted it

can anyone help plz?

Make sure you are typing in the correct code. When I was reinstalling Halo, I misread my handwriting(i wrote out the cd key on the cd so I won't loose it) and thought the "G" was a "6"

it might have been that i left my box at a friends house and he had to tell me over the phone and we rechecked it over and over but to no avail so ill wait til i can get it back i guess...
