Maps not showing up in Halo CE directory? WTF?

I download the map, i place it in the haloCE maps folder, and then when I run the game and try to start a server with the file, ITS NOT THERE! WTH?

Are you sure you put it in the CE maps folder and not just the halo pc one?

:EDIT: Oh, just realized they were in RAR format, and my computer got reoformatted, so I don't have win RAR. DLing now. Delete this thread.
