Guerilla and sapien errors

Guerilla don't the see the folders that I make in the levels directory I have reinstalled countless times and having the same error. and sapien don't see the tags. I tested the tutorial files to see if works. I don't know what's going on just reformated my HDD 4 days ago have no viruses and last night guerilla and sapien was working fine, it's pissing me off tryed to create a folder in guerilla and then drag it out and put it in the levels directory but guerilla fails to see the folder. please i need help i don't know whats going on here it's like the files and hidden to guerilla and sapien.

1 : copy ur directory
2 : delete ur old one
3 : remake ur directory
4 : try again
5 : if not then, start over
