Importing wav files into .sound tags

Ok, what format of wav file is acceptable? I keep getting an error when I try to convert a wav into a sound.sound tag. Is there a tutorial for creating custom sound tags yet?

I also get a invalid access to memory location error (error 0x000003e6) I don't think any has a tutorial out yet on how to do it.

That sucks. I heard the only successful conversion was with a 22050 khz 8 bit mono wav file- and that's not good enough! I want 16 bit damn it.

I guess it'll have to do for now if that's all that works.
