bitmap tags

when i was making my bitmap tags, i got an error.

data\levels\test\vertigo\bitmaps\island.tif: warning, invalid TIFF directory; tags are not sorted in ascending order.

what does that mean and how do i fix it?

(note- this is also the only one I made in photoshop)
