Blitzkreig 3ds Max 8 Error 126

Well, i reformatted my computer and put on Windows XP Pro 64 bit, and reinstalled my copy of 3ds max 8, and then installed blitzkrieg and It fails to initialize, modules could not be found. I've never had a problem before, the 4 .dll's are in the system32 folder, and nothing seems to work. I've been googling / searching forums for a little under 2 hours. If anyone could please help, I would really appreciate it.
