modding campaign levels

i have tried searching this and found nothing on the subject

i am trying to take the campaign levels from halo pc and decompile them with hek plus so i can mod them to however i want, but when i try to open the .scenario file in ahobo (modified sapien tool, if you didn't know already) it closes on its own. when i checked the debug.txt file i got this problem

Try running the tool as administrator.

You are using Vista, correct?

That line probably means you have to run as an administrator.
Right click the file and open/run as administrator.

It doesn't matter if you are the administrator or not, you still need to run the program in administrator mode.
