Sapien memory leak?

I'm editing a new map and after some changes sampien starts using a huge amount of memory, more a 1.7 gigs. I can not figure out what change caused it. Sometimes it gives a sort of out of mem error in the debug.txt, but when I close all my programs it is just possible to run it. Anyone knows the cause of the problem. Starting sapien takes now about 10 min.
