Corrupted lightmaps ingame but not in sapien?

Fixed:
If you are modding a level and make a new scenario for the level...you will also need to make a new bsp and a new bitmap file.
for example say you make a new bloodgulch named bloodgulch2.
Make a new folder named Bloodgulch2 in your levels\test\ folder. Then move the scenario, bsp, and bitmap there. Name them all Bloodgulch2
Problem solved!
