Changing actor variant bipeds + the weapon they hold

Hello fine people,
I was wondering where I could find information for giving a marine a rocket launcher for example. I've tried messing around in guerilla but alas without success.
Also I was wondering how I could for example get ODST actor variants in halo custom edition.
If someone could help me with this, it would be greatly appreciated!
