Addin glass to the level

I want to make a base with glass windows that will shatter when shot. From what I can tell from previous maps, I make a plane and put it in the position I need, and then attach it to the map to make it all one thing.
I figured there is some special texture name I need to give it in order for the plane to become glass? Also, if there is a page or website that has all of these common and uncommon texture names to turn things into ladders, water, glass, invisible walls, etc., please link it. Thank you very much in advance!

Dont make a seperate plane. First have a hole in the wall of your base that your going to put the window in. Then Make a face or poly to cap ONE SIDE of the hole. Then Apply the glass material but make sure that the material name has % at the end of it so its 2 sided.

So would I type in the materials box, for the name, "glass%" (without the quotations of course)? That would make a 2-sided piece of glass?

I checked around for at least 20 minutes, but I couldn't find anything that was really clear. If you could link it, I'd appreciate it.

Yes it would be named "glass%" The % makes the glass 2 sided.

check the HEK tutorial I know it has them
heres what HEK tut says-
% - two sided (glass)
# - transparent (glass)
! - render only (water)
* - large collidable geometry (invisable walls for the edge of the level?)
$ - fog
^ - climable surface (ladder)
- - breakable (glass)
& - AI defining property (not used in multiplayer maps)
@ - collision only (invisable wall)
. - exact portal property

# ! % and ^ can be used on any surface.
