HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

Hello, I'm new to the Halo Custom Edition, I downloaded all the stuff I need including a trial of 3DS Max 2008. However, when I moved the Blitzkrieg DLE and the 4 System files to their appropriate places (plugins and system respectively) I get this

Blitzkrieg (pathname) DLE cannot initialize

Error 127 procedure missing.

Nowe there were some old posts concerning this, but the tutorials and pictures and the download someone had attatched were all gone with the sands of time.

I DID RESTART MY COMPUTER AFTER MOVING THE FILES so that's not the issue.

Blitzkrieg doesn't work with 3dsm 2008.

then how do I get the older version?

And actually, I think I got it working cuz it didn't error this time.

It doesn't matter, it won't work period. Go buy 3dsm 8.

Will 3DS Max 9 work? I'm having trouble finding 8 or older at the store.

9 will not work.
But you can always use bluestreak.

what is bluestreak? and where can I find out more information about it?
