Halo CE Problem..Need Help

Okay, Well here is the deal. I have Halo PC and CE installed. The graphics the same for both. But when i install HEK for CE, the graphics are perfect but the verticles are streched. here is a screen.

Can be caused because of overheating of the graphic card.
Educated guess...the graphic card is not the best...you are running windows vista and a lot of background processes...I think your comp is really on the edge.
What graphic card do you have? We could recommend a driver update after that and I don't think that installing HEK has anything to do with it.

i downgraded to XP, and its still doing that, so what can i do?

SiS Mirage, i know its not my graphics card though. Because that, Halo CE only has that problem when i have Halo Editing Kit for CE installed. But when its not installed, its normal. I think there is something with HEK that needs fixed.
