Can somebody send me a link to a video tutorial for making vehicles. Also do U have to overwrite a vehicle to make a new one.

I dont think you need to overwrite a vehicle to make a new one...you could overwrite something useless such as scenery or maybe make a complete new one. Not sure if when you say making vehicles you mean editing old ones or making completely new ones so i cant help you there.

I want to be able to make vehicles either from using the actors from other vehicles or by making a completely new vehicle.

You need to swap the vehicle out in the globals or a use a script.
