Halo Ce MP Starting Weapons

I have modded bloodgulch, but I must have screwed something up, here's why:
When playing online and using my mod, the players all have the correct weapons to start out with, except grenades, I (the host) have fragmentation grenades which travel the default distances and explode, the other MP players have sticky plasma grenades which have unlimited travel distance and explode after a few seconds.
How can I change the kind of grenades everyone starts out with?
I have HMT, HHT, Sparkedit, kornman, sapien, guerilla.

open the scenario in guerrilla and go down to player starting equipment (about half way) and and check the 'plasma grenades' box. Save and compile. Done!
