wow man, i've also got that error a couple of times...
so far as i know there's no cure for that one, if not someone comes up with something new for this type of error.
i did try a way of solving this error, but it didn't work, i can post it here and see if it works for you...
export the map as 3ds, then reset the scene, then re-import,
and then try exporting as JMS.
only problem is it sometimes seperates faces making
you need to use wielding, and renames some things and sometimes materials.

Your bsp is too deep (I think).

Try moving the model up.

oh so you dont mean youve stretched faces to deep? the map is just to far away from 0,0,0?
my maps are actually at 0,0,0 now that i look.

Then move it too 0, 0, 100? I don't know, I personally have never gotten this error before.

Its basically your levels model. Stands for Binary Space Partition.

Isn't displace the Height maps modifier? I'd suggest just going into move then set coordinates to what you want... in this case, 0,0,0
Maybe the map is bigger than the limit anyway?
I don't know what the current limit is in units can anyone tell me/him?
