What exactally does the HEK download include because...

I think I didn't got most of the Download. It gives me shite that it is not a valid windows application. I have Halo CE installed but I can't get the HEK exe working. Also the HEK is 270 megabites right? Well mine shows up as 131 megabites.

HEK includes Sapien, Guerilla and Tool.exe.
They are always installed in the folder from HaloCE.
