Biped rigging problem

Ok so I rigged my first biped with no problem (well not this problem).
So all I did was add a helmet to the guy and re-rigged him, now when I place him in sapien it closes and when I check my debug it gives me this
It gives me that when I use jahrains program to inject the weights or if I don't inject the weights at all.
And when I add the weights using recs vertex weight injecter 1.0 this happens.
Help!
Edit: Ok I fixed it by putting the JMS in a new folder and compiling, stupid if you ask me.
