When ever I try to make custom bitmaps for my maps or scenery after I compile them in tool (doesn't say any errors) I open them up in guerilla and click view bitmaps but its blank. I have Adobe Photoshop 7.0 if that helps.
Does anyone know the problem?

try makeing them in MSpaint and do it again :P just do a basic drawing of something and try and convert it. i exported a bitmap from jasc as a .tif once and something similar too that happend. it may be the program or something.

Make sure you are saving it as a uncompressed tiff.

yeah, saveing in mspaint will decompress it. but it will remove alpha channels so be careful. :P

Yeah I am saving it as uncompressed. I'll try the MS Paint tomorrow.

When you opened up you bitmap, make sure its a "explicit alpha" under the dropdown box.

Yes I've done that too, I'm gunna try MS Paint right now.

Edit: Ok I found the problem, I didn't know they had to be the same dimensions.
