ok so i downloaded the HEK tutorials (9 in all). On the 7th it says to open guerilla , then open up the bitmaps im using. so i did. then i had to change something in the format and save it. when i save before i X out of it, it says

"file_create('tags\levels\splinter\bitmaps\splinter_ground.bitmap') error 0x00000005 'Access is denied. '
couldn't create tag file 'tags\levels\splinter\bitmaps\splinter_ground.bitmap'
failed to create new tag 'levels\splinter\bitmaps\splinter_ground.bitmap'
couldn't save tag"


what should i do?

yes.Close any programs that use the file

that helps alot when you close other programs

no bumping is replying to a topic thats real old like thats not on the first page anymore

You can bump your own topics IF you know that it would make more sense then creating a new one
