HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

Can anyone please help me, when i open up tool.exe it opens for like 1 mili-second and then closes, am i doing it wromg or is it stuffed?, please help

You could have just said:
YOu don't run tool like other programs
YOu run it through the command prompt.

yes it took me forever to get my tool working but i figured that out
