premaid battel rifel prob with tags.

When I downloaded the battel rifel from halomaps it said to simply drag and drop the tags folder into my hce directory and it went. But when I go into saipen and go to put the tag in the hierarchy view it gives me a error telling me it cant find the correct tag or what ever. Dose anybody have any help. Thank YOU
