need some help with command prompt

alright i am trying to convert a model into a gbx model and on the tutorial it says to type in tool.exe model vehicles/ufo and when i do this it keeps giving me an error like this (Coultnt read map file ./toolbeta.map) Could someone tell me what i am doing wrong or why i am getting this error Thanks dannyg333
