Creating map strcture file???

I know im a newbiee but could some one plz tell me how to make a map strcture file thx

To Structure you need to use tool through command prompt

so you have to open command prompt and navigate to youe CE dictory and type tool then it should show you the list of commands then one you want is

tool structure levels\test\mapfolder map

o and the map you are going to structure has to be Jms and has to be in your data folder under levels

ok thank you but i dont understand how to make a jms for a make because right now im only making custom weapons
