Sapien, Wierd problem in view box!

So i built my level in 3ds max 7 and i export it and use tool and guerilla to do everything, ( i used the VID tuts ) and i open the scenario up in Sapien and it loads a map, it is GIGANTIC, and doesnt even look like mine. It shows ground and a random river, and that is it. Any quick help would be GREATLY appreciated!

i kinda have the same problem except that on mine it doesnt show anything at all

Here is the picture, it shows the level, but it is not the one i built my self, it is like random..., but it doesnt show anything else!!
