what do i do if my mouse doesnt have a middle button

i cant move in sapien
Is there any otherway to move in Sapien or is that the only way?
If that's the only way than you might have to get a new Mouse..
becayse thats what it is in some games...i dont know... hmm...anyways, you will like the scroll mouse once you get one;)
