HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

I always get this error when I try to open something. My friend (IE maker of Metroid Online) tried to help me but nothing has worked so far. I understand I must set it through command, and my address for guerilla is D:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Halo Custom Edition\
Can someone please premake the command for me that I will type in? Thx- Joe

you have to open with gueilla only stuff thats i think in your haloce\tags folder otherwise you get that error
