I have the regular map files in my halo folder, bloodgulch, etc... but how do I add a new map like deathisland?

You know in your halo maps folder there are map files, bloodgulch, bitmaps, sound, etc...

But if I wanna make a new MAP file, how do I do it?

Like an entirely new map?Follow the tuts to make a map on Halo CE.

You cant.You would have to make a completly new map.Only for Halo CE sry

Like for the death island mod, it says you have to put the ppf file into deathisland.map, but i have to create deathisland.map, how?

Look in the files forums for Helpful Halo Hacker Tools.You need to aply the ppf to the map.Not make a new one.Are you using trail by chance?

Yeah it says you have to apply the ppf file to the deathisland.map, but how in default thre is no deathisland.map.

Thats why.Deathisland is only a map for Halo pc,not trial.Almost no mods for trial.

I cant.First of all that would be illegal.Second of all,Halo pc maps dont work on trial.Ill be back on in 30 min

I was in your position once... you can still mod halo PC demo but you can't do much. HaloMapTools works with the halo PC demo maps. Just open them up in HMT and go to whichever section you want to modify. Like I said before, try to do some searching before posting a question like this cause some people won't be so friendly.

That wasnt his question.He wanted to apply a .pff to DeathIsland but only has trail.You can mod the trial though.But your limited because you cant rebuild maps and stuff.Just buy the full version.Best thing you will ever do.Then get Halo CE.
