How do you place CTF flags in maps?

How do I place the CTF flags in the maps I make? Which HEK tools do I use, just Sapian? Or Gurilla too?

In sapien you got to netgame equipment and place down the flag and give it a team index of 0 or 1

and go to scenery and add the flag base
