hek problem!!Wont install!! HELP ME

i have halo, haloce, gmax, and the hek setup
i just cant get the dam hek setup to work
it starts to come up and then it says a .dll file is missing
am i the only one with this problem?
help please

1) did you try redownloading

2)if so, can we have a picture of the error?
