how to make a command script in halo ce sapien?

where do i make a command script in sapien cause im just learning to make halo ce map and im making a single player map now and im folowing a tutorial and it says to make marines "humans" allies to you...that you have to do this

To make AI team up
with the player, Use this script command:
(ai_allegiance "player" "human")

how do i do a script command in sapien and pleas ei dont want to know a alternitve way to make marines my allie cuase that is one of many code things i need to do with the commadn script thing in sapien...so does anyone no how to make command scripts or were this feature is on sapien or how i use it??? thanks. -orgoth
