tool.exe is frustrating

I'm sorry for the amount of questions, but what do I put in first in teh Command Prompt window to start the compiling?

Where abouts are you?

Have you:

(a) Created your map in 3DSMax/GMAX etc...
(b) Exported it to a *.JMS file
(c) Ready to build the structure? (as in tool.exe structure levels\mymap\mymap bsp_file (*.jms under levels\mymap\mymap\models)

Also depending on if you've used your own bitmaps, you'll need to run the tool.exe bitmaps levels\mymap\mymap\bitmaps and then do something on the shader.environment somewhere in Guerilla (I'm still waiting for a response on what to do in Guerilla for shader setups off another post)..
