No, you first type in radiosity_quality <0 or 1> to set the quality, 0 for quick 1 for full radiosity. Then type in radiosity_start and wait till all the numbers equal 0. Then type radiosity_save to save it.
if it starts on 0 0 0 it isn't necessarily done actually.. if you have little vertices in your map it will read zero but can be still doing something, you just have to keep trying to click ~ and if you press it and it brings the command prompt up, its done so you type radiosity_save.
